LIFE Interest: F3 Vista

VISTA is a new F3 group set up a little different from the typical F3 workout. during the week.
VISTA is a 30-minute workout followed by a 30-minute coffee and conversation. It is part of what F3 Katy is doing called 30/30. It is a great way for men to get exposed to F3 with a shorter workout followed by the devotional which is a QOD (Question of the Day). The workout is at 5:30am, coffee and conversation begins at 6:00am. F3 Vista meets in The Fellowship's Parking Lot. No registration required. Participants need to bring work gloves and water.
