F3 stands for Fitness, Fellowship and Faith.
This is a national movement of men committed to being the best version of themselves for their families, church, and community. The group, which meets in The Fellowship parking lot is called The Peak, this group meets Tuesday and Thursday mornings 5:30 a.m. - 6:30 a.m. what a bootcamp style workout. On Friday's, they meet for Vista which is a 30 minute workout followed by a 30 minute conversation about things are on our minds. On Saturdays, sleep an extra hour and join them at 6:30 a.m. - 8:00 a.m. This is a free, peer led, rain or shine, outdoor workout for all men 18 and older. Read more about F3 at f3nation.com
