Hurricane Emergency Supplies and Volunteer Drive

It is our turn to step up for our neighbors to the east of us. Louisiana helped us during Harvey ... now we can help them with Laura.

The Fellowship is a collection point for emergency supplies needed NOW.  We are partnering with Katy Responds to get donated supplies. The list is provided below.  We have adopted the Hackberry community, which was the ground zero landfall point for the storm and we will be sending teams when all is clear to come help is given.

Want to volunteer with accepting items at the donation collection trailer in The Fellowship parking lot?  We need two volunteers for each day: September 15-17 from 5:00 - 7:00 pm.

Want to volunteer as a part of our muck and gut team and/or compassionate care teams?  After you complete the registration form below, you will receive a mandatory background check.  Complete a form for each applicant and drop off at The Fellowship Information Desk or email to Glenn Lerich.

DONATIONS
Donations will be accepted September 15-17 from 5:00 - 7:00 pm. Please drop off donations at the Katy Responds trailer in the parking lot facing Westheimer Parkway.

Please DO NOT donate the following items; we will not accept the following or anything not on the supplies list:
NO Clothing
NO Perishable foods
NO Foods requiring refrigeration
NO Prepared foods

Emergency Supplies Needed:
-Bottled water. No gallon jugs please.
-Roof tarps – reinforced, UV resistant, water-resistant, minimum 20’x15’ (Not all tarps are waterproof)
-Lumber: 1X2x8’s OR 2x2x8’s or longer
-Nails: Button Cap /roofing nails
-Nails: 2.5” nails
-Screws: 3” deck screws
